Our classes are accessible to all ages and skill levels and provide a supportive environment where each person can play, explore, and thrive.

Whether you’re looking for a weekly class or seeking to enhance your next retreat experience, The 6M’s has something for everyone! We offer individual hourly classes and special retreat packages with the opportunity to work with Karla Sutherland and Federico Carranza, two experienced instructors with diverse expertise.

Muscle
This is where we build your power, endurance, and muscle. Focused on weight & body training exercises and MMA training we target all muscle groups to improve strength, fitness, and overall performance. These exercises boost confidence, body awareness, strength, and are overall empowering -
Movement:
Our movement sessions offer a variety of fun exercises including plyometrics and stretching that enhance fitness, flexibility, and overall health, helping to develop strong and agile bodies. -
Motivation:
Learn the importance of setting and achieving personal goals. This part of the program is all about perseverance, teamwork, and the mental strength needed to overcome challenges. -
Mindfulness:
Practical mindfulness techniques are introduced to help you improve focus and reduce stress, creating a solid foundation for mental well-being. -
Meditation:
Guided relaxation sessions designed to build emotional resilience and calmness, helping people find balance amidst their daily lives. -
Meals (Nutrition):
An important part of well-being is good nutrition. In our classes, we teach participants about healthy eating and self-care habits and provide practical tips on maintaining a balanced diet for sustained energy.

About The Coaches:

Karla Sutherland
Karla is an Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, physical therapist, Army veteran, and MMA enthusiast with over 30 years of experience in holistic health and wellness. A former raft guide company owner, professional athlete, army veteran, university boxer, judo and tai chi practitioner, massage therapist, and Operations Manager of Whistler Blackcomb's Adaptive Ski Program, Karla's diverse expertise reflects her passion for empowering all ages. As the founder of our organization, she blends Ayurvedic wisdom with modern practices to promote balance, vitality, and mindfulness, offering tools for personal empowerment in fun and inspiring ways.
