  4. Your neighbor is considering adopting a pet but is unsure about the responsibilities involved. What advice would you give them to help them make an informed decision?

  5. A friend wants to start a new exercise routine but is not sure how to begin. What steps would you recommend they take to start and stick with a fitness plan?

  6. A student is struggling to balance their study time with extracurricular activities. What advice would you give them to manage their time more effectively?

  7. Your coworker is planning to travel abroad for the first time and is anxious about the experience. What tips would you offer to help them prepare for their trip?

Practice Tips

  1. Understand the Format: Start your email with an appropriate salutation and end with a closing. Make sure to use a clear and polite tone throughout.

  2. Organize Your Ideas: Use paragraphs to separate different points or topics. This makes your email easier to read and follow.

  3. Be Clear and Concise: Avoid unnecessary details. Stick to the main points and provide the information requested.

  4. Check Your Grammar and Spelling: Proofread your email for any grammatical errors or typos. Good grammar and spelling contribute to a positive impression.
