Jungle Tip #1 - avoiding cramps and staying high vibing

It really is amazing how a little electrolytes go a long way here in the jungle tropical type rainforest vibe. One of the biggest things to learn as a newbie down here is how to avoid dehydration. One might not even know they have it. Try a little refueling once a week, for 2 days, with “suero oral” / electrolyte drink and feel the difference ! 🙏
